On the outskirts of Milan, Atelier del Gusto was a unique place where culinary excellence combined with a refined design ambient. Masterfully led by chef Fabio Zanetello, the restaurant offered an unforgettable gastronomic experience in a welcoming and sophisticated atmosphere. The architecture and design of the Atelier del Gusto were a harmonious fusion of tradition and modernity.

The bright open kitchen, a true culinary laboratory, was the fulcrum of the show, where guests could watch the chef and his team at work. The kitchen design was also designed with particular attention to sustainability, ensuring maximum energy savings.

In addition to the kitchen, the decor of the restaurant was characterized by tables in natural wood and white Carrara marble, which gave it a timeless elegance. Mirrors, lamps and a large central chandelier generated plays of light that contributed to creating a unique and captivating atmosphere.

The colours, from anthracite gray to bronze tones, together with the skilful use of precious materials, conveyed a sense of refinement and warmth, welcoming guests in a comfortable ambience.
